Kilmore Street Hotel and Apartments

United Scaffolding Group (Christchurch) provided essential services during the construction of the new Wyndham Garden Christchurch City Hotel and Apartments for Clearwater Construction. The work included scaffolding, panel propping, com-floor propping, formwork services, shrink-wrap, loading platforms, cantilever access bays, gantry propping, spandrel and balcony propping, lift shaft scaffolding and scaffolding between the balconies. The eight-storey development features 96 apartment style rooms, 30 apartments, a conference room, gym, and onsite café and officially opened October 2021.
